Polarised Sunglasses

Specially produced high clarity acetate can form part of the optical laminate
used for polarised sunglasses, ski goggles, flat screen panels etc. Optical grade Clarifoil is available in different colours.

“3-D” Spectacles

Normally 80µ green and red, or blue and red combinations.

Film can be stretched to for example ½λ for new generation 3D spectacles

The benefits are:

- Low and controlled birefringence
- No light deflection
- Low optical path difference (OPD) in the range 5nm – 10nm.
- Can be used in retarder applications
- High transparency and low haze
